I'm quite taken with the Saddle Brown interior color, but not the flat bolsters of the Luxury line seats. Can sport seats be had in saddle, in the USA? Is it something that can be done via BMW Individual? At what approximate cost?

I am not very current on the 3 series interiors however anything can be done for the most part via BMW indiv. Cost varies from project to project. However if you would like to send your spec'd build and custom options to David he can give you a pretty close estimate on the indiv request and also get whatever you need most likely approved through bmw indiv.

You can get saddle brown sports seat on a Luxury model in the UK no problem. It's not even 'Individual'. Different market I know, but it may help you !

BMW does not allow this in the US.

However, you can get beige sport seats, because nothing says sport like BEIGE.

I am hoping this changes in 2015 model year. I certainly wouldn't pay several thousand dollars for the individual program just to get brown sport seats.

I have the saddle brown on a luxury package car. 2014 F32
I came from an E92 with sports seat and currently have a 911 with adaptive sports seats as a weekend driver.
The seats are flat, with mild side bolsters. No adjustable side bolsters and not much support.
If you pull a corner close to 0.8 g you will be kissing the window

The color is nice and makes for a "majestic interior"
As I have a nice sporty weekend driver I do not mind it. But if this was my only car and I am inclined to get a sports car, they would not be sufficient
