How to stop mirror squeaking noise?

Hey guys, recently my mirrors started making this squeak/screech noise when they would open and unfold. Weird thing is, that it doesn't happen all the time but most of the time. Is there some sort of paste/lubricant I am supposed to apply or best leave it to the dealership?

The dealer here used some BMW compound, got the job done.

White Lithium spray grease with the straw tip worked for me.
