TPMS Sensors
I just bought 397 wheels and tires off of ebay. They are new factory take-offs with sensor. I am not sure what year, but they have to be 2012 or newer. I have a 2015 328i xdrive. The sensor lights and message come on in my car. What are my options? Do I need to remove the sensors from my old wheels? Do I need to sync. my need sensors? etc. Any insights are appreciated. My repair shop guys say that they might be able to sync old with the new.

The TPMS sensors were changed in BMW cars built March 2014 and later. Once you have the correct sensors installed you can program them yourself. Refer to the owners manual.

Yeah, you might need the new style sensors as others have mentioned. Let me know if you need them. I'm selling brand new sets: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1153619 |
