$450 Shipped OBO. Purchased 6/2014, had on my car for about a year. Took it off in Oct 2015 for warranty work and never got around to putting it back on.

It was on my 2012 F30 N55.

It's been under the car so its dirty but it works and wont throw a code per AFE. (I never got one).

Should bottle down to 3.5", or it wouldn't fit your 2012 though.

Every site that sells it, says 4in. I believe it does bottle down, but in writing, it's 4in.

It fit right in, unfortunately i dont have pics of the installed part, but i'll get ones of the actual part later today. I've been slammed at work and dead when i get home.
