It will be fundamentally the same as the f30 bumper removal (there's a comprehensive diy in the diy section).

Thanks mate. Well I went in blind with the removal having never done it before and couldn't find a DIY removal thread. It's pretty basic there are quite a number of bolts to remove. I didn't require a jack to get to them all.
Probably the trickiest part was the removal of the headlight washer tops, PDC sensor clips and the actual removal of the fog grill (it was in quite tight)
Overall pretty easy just takes some time and a friend to help you align it back up.

Well I don't have the headlight washers, so maybe my removal will be a bit less tricky

How do u not have head light washers. I thought all BMW had them

I'm sure it's possible , but I'm not sure if any coding etc will be required .
Thanks for the offer but I was planning on keeping them. I know getbmwparts in the US sell the fogs as I was in contact with them trying to get the grilles to delete mine. Check our their website.
