hi just wondering, under the price discolouse it shows you got a 3500$ discount, but then there is another line saying 'other' 5591$? what is that amount, is that an additional discount on top of the 3500? also i didnt realize you can get the freight and pdi rolled into your payments, mine was upfront.

thanks

2013 Same Specs Price

Hi Dan et al,

It sounds like Dan is getting a pretty good deal.

Can you guys share your thoughts on this deal. It is the same vehicle as Dan's but a 2013 RWD, premium package, Msport. The lease payments with nothing down on 20,000 km a year for 4 years is $650 plus tax (1.9%, 32% residual), with wear and tear and winter mats, etc. Would that be a great deal. I think it works out to around $51,000 plus tax and buyout on lease is about $22K plus tax. Is that a great price on a new 2013?

$6159 is down payment minus $568 for insurance for my co signer. So basically it's $5591 down payment

It would be best if you could post your bill of sale sheet. I would say its pretty good. Considering MSRP is $51200 base, $4500 premium package, mspoort $2300.

your residual disclosure does not really make sense to your buyout #.

for example, if the residual says 32% of a $58,000 car, that comes to $18,500 + taxes and yet you indicated the buyout is $22,000 + taxes

Better post up the quote sheet for us before we can comment.

It cannot be cancelled later on. I would say it's a good charge - you can run your tires to the ground throughout the term of the lease and bring them back completely bald. Also covers on small dents/dings on the car, so it makes the lease-end process hassle free.

Chris Battaglia of BMW Mississauga. Asst Sales Manager. Gave me 8% off as I asked for lower MSRP. Very good to deal with. Saved $4900 on F30 328xi with $2300 dp. Included the tire rim and excess warranty!
