Only way to know is to try, bring your car seats and your Mom or someone shaped/sized like her to the dealership, seriously.. Too many variables, car seat size, her hips and shoulders size, who's driving and where they would need to sit, who's sitting on passenger front seat and where would they be able to sit (how far forward), etc. rear facing vs front as well.

Not sure how the numbers line up, but in my case, we have an '11 X3 with a rear facing britax and an infant seat. My wife is a size 0 and she can fit in the middle but not by much, I was shocked she could fit
