Honestly, I feel it might be way too soon for our (at least mine and 328AL's) cars to be on the boat. It has only been 4-6 days since it finished production. I am being pessimistic..haha

Hope you car makes it on one of those though

Never underestimate the power of positive thought lol... From what I've gathered if they don't get on this boat we won't see our cars until Mid October

SO I am keeping my fingers crossed. I've checked WW website to see if the shipping line has taken possession of my car and it says No data. (which I am hoping means they haven't updated yet from the weekend progress) I've also called the 1-800 looking for updates and nothing. Still says waiting at port . blah

The screen shots are taken from the Marine Traffic App ($3.99 on the app store) http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/iphone.aspx I think it's well worth the $4 investment

you can search by boat name (as well as a few other options) and the split screen collage was done with pic stitch (also avail at the app store for free)

I hope by mid week we should know for sure about our cars. I read on the other forum, a member's car missed 3 boats already

, but I have to believe it's unusual, hopefully it makes it on one of these ships.

As far as my car goes, it was built later than yours guys. I'm not giving myself more than 5% chance, but since we had 2 ships going out, I would be absolutely ecstatic if our cars on their way to CA

My 2014 335xi is on there. Dropped it at Munich airport about 10 days ago.

Can't wait for it to get to VPC.

I emailed LOG IN OUT GmbH - Airport Munich where the car was dropped. I am sure there's another way to confirm.

Don't be too pessimistic!! My car finished production on 8/5, was at the dock on 8/8 and on the ship 8/10! It can happen in 5-6 days!!!

That makes sense, you communicated directly with a carrier/shipper. We have to rely on BMW NA who gets its info from BMW AG, who in turn gets it from a carrier/shipper(s), etc.

Is it Toronto or Tongala?

Well, after doing a bit more digging, Tongala is not coming to USA, sorry that was not an accurate info. Thus, all eyes on Toronto!
