Reverse camera is instantly available even while Android is still booting up. Good old PAL and NTSC signal over CVBS is both supported next to all the AHD signals. At the settings you can choose which signal you want to intercept.

Thanks! Does the HU start booting only when you press the ignition button once or does it start up when you unlock with the remote? How long does the boot up take?

One thing I don't understand. Who cares who I bought my HU from. The end developer got his margin, as did everyone in this sales chain. Put everything in free access and people will reach out themselves. After all, this situation with updates looks like a sandbox in a kindergarten.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an f82 2015 with nbt I was attempting to install my android 12 headunit into. After installation it states “no bmw signal”.

I removed the android headunit and reinstalled the factory one with the lvds line and factory connectors.

Now the factory headunit is also unfuctional. I have no idrive or audio.

I assume I blew a fuse or maybe messed up a factory connection to the Harmon nbt unit.

If anyone has a recommendation on what further steps I should take to diagnose I would be very appreciative.

Let me first say, I'm no expert here. However I would check the fuse first. Also, always disconnect your battery terminals when installing and uninstalling the HeadUnits.

Again, I'm no expert, just my thoughts... Hope you get it working!!
