help! how can I install f30 kidney grills without tools?

I just got my ebay $50 glossy black kidney grills and they look so much nicer than I expected. I was searching every where and I can't seem to find a way to pull out the grill without the torx tools. Can anyone please give me the best easiest way to remove my old kidney grills without tools?

You need those tools. I just did last week, it's pretty simple just can't imagine how it can be done without the torx tools. You need them to unfasten the front bumper

You can take the grilles out easily without tools, just put your hand through the grill and unclip each tab while pulling the grill out with your other hand! Took me a couple of minutes.

I just gave mine a hard tug, they come out but the clips might break off the old grilles. Thats how the dealers do it anyways

A torx set at sears cost 9.99. Geez just buy it and save yourself a lot of hassle. Much easier to pull the bumper back.
