This is why I moved to BMW; after 2013, they improved a LOT when Cadillac kept going down. I see this is still the case with the ATS.

I don't know how accurate this is. Bmw 3 series between 2008 and 2012 are mostly e90 LCI cars (except 2012 f30). Those have been very reliable with minimal issues outside of gaskets and water pump. E90 328 and e90 335 reliability is a huge difference before the n55. This is lumping them all under 1 category.
