I dont think your whole warranty is void.

If bmw can prove your lowered springs is the cause of the fault then yes. I.e. your shocks go

However say your tranny blows up, then no

No it won't void the warranty, it just won't be covered under any claims regarding the suspension since it's aftermarket also damages incurred whilst lowered if they can prove it.
