PUMA Case for TPMS
I was just having my winter wheels/tires put on. I had a set of 397 take offs from a 3 series sportline. I do not know what year, but I knew I might run into the TPMS not being compatible.
I found out they were not, so no big deal right? Well the dealership couldn't even find the proper senors for the 397 wheels. They had to take off the monitors from my 442 wheels to make the sensors work. They had to then open a PUMA case to find out which kind of sensors I need. They are keeping my OEM wheels until they new sensors come in and they can install them. I am not mad. They take care of me, and at least I do not have to store wheels and tires for the moment. Just kind of crazy that they do not have the parts, or were able to find it. They think my car is too new, and they will be getting the new TPMS's from Germany.
