Dragrace N20 vs N55?

I wonder if anyone has a decent dragrace between a 328i vs 335i? I wonder how much difference there is between them..

Kind of a dump question. All you need to do is look for 0-60 and 1/4 mile times.
335i is about a second faster in either. The 328i with auto will do a 1/4 mile in about 14.7s and 0-60 in 5.6s. But it will definitely lose to the 335i.

You would need at least Stage 2 in a 328 to make it interesting vs. a stock 335. The 328 is quick, but the 335 is fast.

It wouldn't be fun at all in this case, with one car having 50% more cylinders and displacement. A really tight/technical road course race might be interesting to see, though.

Nah. With a 435i ran away & hid from a M228 @ the BMWPCD school course. Its set up specifically tight to keep speeds down & people off the grass.

Search for "BMW 335i auto v manual" on YouTube. You will find a drag race between three E90s (2 335i, and one 330i). The auto 335i destroys the manual 335i and the the auto 330i. It would probably look like that.
