Guys... I think when they reprogrammed my car from scratch...they forgot to do the MPPK programming. My "butt dyno" is telling me the car is slower since I got it back. I know this isn't the most scientific or accurate way to measure, but can one of you post up a pick of those goofy HP/torque gauges when you are at WOT. Just want to see roughly where I should be. Thanks.

Hi guys. Saw this in another thread. Do any of you Canadian cars have this white sticker on the underside of your hood showing that the ppk has been installed? I don't. my car came with the ppk kit from factory. I don't have the power gauges to confirm I have it installed.

Hey, just ordered a 2015 335 xDrive M Performance Limited Edition in Leguna Seca (notwithstanding all the issues you guys have been having -- fingers crossed!). Is there any other dedicated forums for this model that I should be tracking? Thanks in advance, JBH

I'm not aware of any major differences, other than the rims (which I confess I think looked better on the 2014s). If you want I can send you the spec sheet for my order - just send me a message with your email and I can flip to you. Jason |

Thought is might be time to resurrect this thread as I have had the car for 1 year now. Issues I have had to date:
i) shorted tail light assembly - fixed under warranty (after the Dealership bricked my car) ii) constant brake squeal when under braking - never fixed (Dealership says they "Could not reproduce" - told them they should try actually driving the car) iii) broken gas door - fixed under warranty iv) Sirius radio no longer working - ok, this one is on me as I am too cheap to renew the free subscription that came with the car lol v) drivers side front camera malfunction - this one is new from a couple of days ago and I need to take it in, should be under warranty All in all not too bad to be honest considering the amount of tech on these cars. Still...would be nice not to have to deal with these minor annoyances. Any other updates out there?? LSB |

I've just about hit the one year mark on my 2014 M Perf. too. It's been an awesome ride thus far as I haven't had any major issues which required taking to the factory *knock on wood.* A couple of minor complaints which I will try to address soon are the sporadic squeaky brakes (needs bedding I think) and condensation in right tail light. Do you guys know if they replace the tail light on warranty?
Not going to renew the Sirius subscription either lol. It's not bad but I listen to podcasts or stream from iPhone anyways. |

No issues here at all and I just hit the one year mark as well. I'm actually selling the car so if you know anyone that's interested please PM me.
Mine is BSM, 8spd auto and comes with a few extras like tints, 3M guard, gloss black grills and 18" matte black M5 replica wheels with Blizzak's for winter. Current km's is 22,000. |
