I had a 335 e 92 and was going to get f30 328..and then i drove it..while not bad i couldnt imagine driving it...335 is much better in term of sounds and speed but still dosent have that magic feeling like older BMWs had

Once you tasted the sound and appreciated the deep growl of the I6, there is definitely a sense of step-down when driving a N20 car, even it is faster. A good chunk of the 4-6K$ difference will be recovered at resale anyway.

This is one of the many reasons you should lease. I have a 2013 328xi Sportline with tune, intake, exhaust and it's really fun to drive...no complaints.
But when my lease is up I'm definitely going for the 6 cylinder in 3 or 4 series trim. I'll then have had both engines for 3 years and can see if the 6 is really worth it to me. |
