Trade in 2013 328i for 2014 328i

Hi everyone, long time lurker and infrequent poster. 6 months ago I bought a 2013 328i xDrive F30 with Tech, Premium, and Cold Weather Package and 9K miles for 31K. I thought it was a pretty good deal at the time but have an opportunity to buy a better vehicle: 2014 328i xDrive with M sport in Estoril Blue, Premium, Tech, Xenon HL, Harman Kardon, Driver Assistance and only 2k miles with an extended CPO warranty for 10K more. I really wish i had Xenons and a rear view camera along with M sport and this seems very fitting. Is this a good price?

Go option your car as if you're buying new then see how much saving over MSRP you're getting. That would the only way to find out if it is a good deal or not.

Keep in mind in some markets 328 can be had for 10% off MSRP brand new, so for a used car it should be at least 15% or even more ...

Thats an extra $270 per month for 3 years....its the same exact car but with some minor stuff

Ask yourself is it worth it

Even if it's a good deal, what are you going to lose on your car to trade it in?

On second thought... It may be a better option for you to trade it in.

So if I factor the trade in value for my car they are asking for 10K on top of it. I wasn't sure if it was a great deal or not. 10K seems like a lot of money for slight gains. I wish that the aftermarket HID scene got more active with easier plug and plays. I upgraded my sound with Bavsound which is better than stock but not as good as the HK. I do love the M sport appearance but am having difficulty finding places in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area that would paint and install for me.
