Chrome Accents on Steering Wheel and Trim
I have a no line with standard black interior, and am considering adding aftermarket chrome (plastic of course) trim to the bottom half of the steering wheel. Apparently the trim just sticks on over the existing black trim with heavy duty tape. Has anyone done this or seen it? I'm wondering if the quality is good and whether the tape can really stick long term.
Thanks. |

I'm still considering getting rid of what little chrome my no-line girl actually has (on her nose, the exhaust tips). Not a big fan of chrome...

I don't like the plain black look that I have on my steering wheel. It looks like some piece of trim is supposed to be there but is missing. I don't necessarily love the chrome plastic look, but at least it would match the rest of the trim. After seeing the responses, maybe I'll skip the chrome trim and live with the black.

Upgrade to an OEM wheel that has something like the M Sport - but anything else is going to look very odd and cheap.
