A/C fan on at startup?

Does anyone else's a/c fan automatically start when you start the car? The a/c isn't on, just the fan at the lowest setting. Anyway to turn this off if it's a standard feature?

Hey dunno if you solved this but for the rest, the fan will always turn on at last setting remember except off mode. It will also remember if you had ac on or off. Fan will always turn on when car is started no matter what.
