Probably just a stock image or the wrong image. BTW, my F30 335i gauges don't look like that.

That's the gauge for the extended instrument cluster. I'm hoping it's a misplaced picture, would hate to buy a "new" car with 9k miles on it Lol.

Either way, doesn't have Xenons with the angel eyes, would not buy.

Could it be a demo/loaner that was never titled? Technically they can still be sold/leased as "new".

Yep. I think the new car for sale has the standard screen, so that pic of 9k miles is from another car with the extended cluster.

When I was looking at cars that one showed up ( mineral grey with Nav and BMW Assist )

My local dealer said that config was no where but I actually saw on there site in march and still now. I guess in there system if it doesn't show available they can't do a trade.

Wonder if it was a loaner and they still show as new? Can they do that?

From time to time the factory releases demo cars/press cars/dev cars to dealers, as they were never titled, they are considered "new" for all intents and purposes..

Back in the day, I worked for Mitsubishi and we got a 5yr old Gallant VR4 that was "new" with 12k miles on the clock. It had been used by the factory to troubleshoot problems and prototype modified parts. It was regularly taken completely apart and reassembled but again, was "new!" Crazy!

True, I was at a dealership to buy a car once and when they couldn't meet my price expectations they said they had "new" cars with a few hundred miles at a great price for me. I told them 1000 miles is not new and they retorted that they were never titled so they were considered new. I told them 1000 miles is definitely not new regardless of what a paper said and I walked away.... Car dealers... (Got the new car at my expected price somewhere else)
