How do you upload a profile on an F30?

Tried searching this with not really any luck and didnt quite get the answer in the owners manual. How do you create and upload a profile on the F30?

It doesnt let you create one there does it? It seemed like it needed to be created online and then uploaded.

Mine seems similar but has import and export but nothing on creating it within the menu itself. I couldn't find on BMW's site on how to create a profile either. The manual seemed vague.

You just select one of the ------ profiles, then you can rename and go through the menu's changing the settings for it
