No not lowered (RWD M Sport suspension though), I have had spacers fitted to push the wheels out a few mil, gives it a wider stance and the front splitter gives the impression is quite low, but I can get over speed bumps fine (as long as they are tackled gently!)

I did see one picture and they were painted too, I didn't like it, only as you couldn't tell they were here so what is the point.

I'm told there is an intention that the front lip and side skirts are supposed to make a continuous line around hence if the bottom of your lip is black then skirts should be. That's why I think D4springers paint combo looks good as the lip is coloured front and side

Saying that though, I've seen lots of differing paint / matte black combos and most look good to me. Most non-enthusiasts will never tell the subtle differences anyway

Yes my intention would be to get them painted body colour all round.

That's how they come on the North American M Performance edition from factory - although with decals. They do look very nice.

Thanks for the reply squire I shall have to look into it nearer the time. Having seen yours though I've questioned my choice of estoril blue 😬

EB with the black kit looks brilliant so don't get disheartened, I choose black just because i've never had a black car, the colour coded kit does look the nutts, it defo turns heads.

Also like the fact it has the minerals to back up wearing such sexy attire!

Haha it does have the minerals no arguments there! Opposite for me last 3 have been black so fancied a change although the blue is probably a bit flash for Stoke 😃

the side skirts add ons are hard to notice if you have the stickers

didn't even realize there was a option thought it was just the stickers

Disagree, they give some separation and bulge to the bottom of the car!

Bumping this...Looking at this wagon. Is the M Performance part painted on or something? It doesnt look very clean. Also doesnt have the lower part on the skirt.

This is the side skirt, the black decal, and the lower skirt extensions. I would rather not have M Performance printed on the black decal, I might replace it with a plain one some day.

Love the side vinyls on mine. As many have said it’s a very personal taste and some like them on certain colours, others not. Only issue I have is that if you jet wash your car it’s very easy to tear the clear vinyl over the black piece which can look tatty. I keep thinking I might remove them just so I can take it to a car wash again as I hate cleaning cars but every time it’s clean I love the look and the MPerformance badge really shines. Going to get a price to either remove the clear vinyl and laquer over the black strip or remove completely and spray it in a satin colour with laquer so I can get it cleaned again (not by me!).

Hi guys,

Can anyone comment on how are they installed? Are they bolted on/screwed or is it just double sided tape?

Thanks!!

You stick them on with the double sides tape then drill through the holes and put plastic expanding rivets in.

They come with the rivets that need to be drilled out if you ever want to remove them, so best to buy some of this type to use instead:
