Not really sure why you would want to do this as you already have a diverted valve. Unless you are running a big single kit there really isn't much use to doing it as it would be more work than it's worth/for gains

The stock Bypass Valve is a electronic PIERBURG valve and cannot be vented to atmosphere. The biggest problem is that the stock valve hangs open during heavy partial throttle, this is why we get that cool sounds from the Cold Air systems. All we hear is the loss of boost and get a slower boost curve. The DV+ is nice but we still rely on the OE Valve to do the work.
