Hi

I wonder if somebody would be kind enough to PM with the download details and how to get a token.

Also will the required software run on Windows 8 or is it 7 / XP only?

Many thanks

The default is werte 14, which I believe is equivalent to 20 Km/Hr. Above that speed you cannot fold the mirrors. I have not tried this, but if you change that value to FF you might be able to fold at any speed.

One potential problem is that the mirrors unfold automatically at 40 Km/Hr. To get around that you might have to change:

FRM>3020 FRM_SPIEGEL_PARAMETER, 10>ASP_GESCHWINDIGKEIT_AUTO_AUSKLAPPEN

The default is to unfold at 40 Km/Hr (Hex (werte) value of 28). You might also want to change this one to FF.

By the way, if anybody wants to automatically "unfold" their mirrors at a speed lower that 40 Km/Hr (25 MPH), just change the last werte parameter to a lower value (for example 6 or 7).
Thanks!

Also I'd love it if anyone can send me the links for esys as well. I probably cant receive PM yet so here's my mail (laraake@'remove'gmail.com)

Last but not least, any Belgians/Dutchmen/Germans who could help me coding? I live close to Aachen, but willing to drive around abit
Hi ihan and all of you other fellow forum fellas.

I'm from Belgium, near Antwerp, and i receive my F30 in july.
I would really really like to code some things in, but it's new for me.

Since i do not have enough posts, i would really like to receive the links to the software & other via email (vercauterenn@gmail.com)

If there is someone who would like to catch up trough skype to help me out, feel free to send me an email with your skype name

All very much appreciated!!
PS: I have an Engineering Degree in IT, so i might (if i get used to or know the logic to coding be of added value to this thread). But not right now.. if you let me code right now i would break your car.. or let Pac-Man pass by.. or just ask for batman's help.. really.. do not give me a coding cable now.. that would be.. yeah.. awkward..

It's not a delay, the back just won't roll up nor down. I double check and all the codes via the cheat sheet were coded properly. I have a video of it here.

Very strange. Is the rear window locks turned on? If not that, then maybe a fuse.

I would also try resetting (VO Code) FEM_BODY, and checking to see if the rear windows at least roll down, just to rule out coding as the problem.

They should roll down from the factory, so if yours are not, and you can't figure it out, it should be covered by dealer under warranty.

You should not have to hunt down the FDL Codes. Add S522A XENON-LIGHT to the VO and then VO Code FEM_BODY.

By VO coding you mean

Connect => Read FA => Activate FA => Read VCM => Right-Click on FEM_BODY (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE?

I am not sure. I would take a snapshot of your FEM_BODY coding before and after adding 522 and coding it, and then only if you have an error code afterwards, compare the before and after .NCD files to see exactly which FDL Codes changed, and look for one to disable the auto leveling.

In particular, I would go back and try setting FEM_BODY => C_BLC_ENA = F030disable, which should disable Adaptive Head Lights (AHL).
