A couple of day ago I brought in my BMW for servicing (having already waited 2 weeks to get the next available loaner car). After waiting approx 20-30 min (apparently the tardiness was because they were "cleaning" it) my loaner arrives. Immediately upon entering the car I can VISIBLY notice stains in the front as well as a filthy backseat. I didn't want to bother complaining and arguing with them seeing as I had already had a terrible experience with a rude service associate, therefore I just left. When I got home, I parked in the garage and proceeded to make my way to the back of the car... ONLY TO FIND THE MOST REPULSIVE THING EVER!!! Behind the back seat headrest was a USED CONDOM!!! NEVER EVER would I have thought that BMW would be so NEGLIGENT AND DISGUSTING!!!! Not ONLY am I completely APPALLED by what was found in this loaner car, but more so FURIOUS that BMW has the nerve to LIE and take their VALUABLE customers for absolute IDIOTS!!!!

They have since replaced said loaner car and offered a free detailing on my car..."for the inconvenience".

That is pretty disgusting.

The worst experience I had with a loaner was one that smelled like cigarette smoke. Pretty disgusting as well, but not nearly as bad, lol. The SM at Prestige Mercedes Paramus refused to provide one that did not smell. Never went back there again...

This was when I still drove VW but I once found an unused condom (out of the package) in my loaner (a Rabbit) once.

Wasn't repulsed but confused. Was something about take place but didn't? Was the car too small? Did he forget something? Did someone show up? I couldn't sleep for days wondering what happened.

I would totally milk this as much as possible, it's beyond unacceptable! Not only is it literally a biohazard, but what if your kids/wife/boss/client had seen it first?
