May I ask what your concerns are? If it's anything like the M6 wheel (which it appears to be the exact same part # and all) then you're nuts

Officially agree. It really opens up the front end.

Congrats! 3 weeks from today I'll have mine. Should be in Konigsee about now, sleeping.

M sport wheel is perfect

Only was able to tough briefly (it's being PDI'd by dealer now) but it's exactly what we wanted..
diameter looks much larger than it really is.. leather is very soft and a little cushy... currernt sport package wheel is slightly smaller diameter and wheel rim feels tough and plastic like..
Definitely feels like upgrade compared to standard sportline steering wheel.
Will try to post pre-lim photos of mineral grey M sport if can get off phone tonight.

I may be in the minority, but I don't like any of the wheel options on the m-sport. Really takes away from the car IMO.

Are you sure it's the same part number? My dealer had a special party to celebrate a new facility and had an M6 brought up for the show. I sat in it, and the steering wheel - while similar - is not the same one.

For instance, there is a slit down the middle, "6 o'clock" spoke.

Maybe the new M3 wheel will be the same as the M6 wheel.

OP, congrats! The M-Sport is incredibly handsome.

Congrats on your new baby! Got a name for her yet?

Off topic, but does anyone know if the F30 M-Sport steering wheel will fit, connections and all, on an E92?

Looking at the two, I think your'e right. The F30 MSport wheel looks:

Smaller in diameter
Thicker rim
different spokes.

Very similar styling though.

Congrats on the car.
Quick question...I don't know if you drove the base 335i before you got this one, but can yo compare the steering feeling? I'm thinking about trading my M in for a number of different reasons for a 335 and just was very dissatisfied with the numb feeling of 335i's steering. I was hoping it would be fixed with the M sport and the M, especially with the dynamic handling package. Just wanted to know if you see a positive difference.
