So i'm looking to purchase some new tires and I've made up my mind on the Ventus V12s. Hankook has the Ventus V12 evo K110 and now the new Ventus V12 evo2 K120. Has anyone had the chance to test these new tires out? I can imagine they are better than the old model because new technology and so on. But ya never know. So i'm just curious if anyone has any input on either of the Hankook Ventus v12 models.

Not many reviews on them, they are pretty new. I was looking at those to put on my wife's car, but ended up with Goodyear F1 Asymmetric Summer tires. The Hankooks look nice. The little I've heard about them are positive. The earlier revision where supposed to be good...so like you say, probably an improvement.

I had asset of Hankook tires, two of the tires had manufacture defects and they refused to replace them. Never again for me, I bought them from Belle Tire, and they wouldn't step up either. Discount Tire came to the rescue and took the tires back even though I hadn't bought them there. No Hankook.

I am currently running the Evo2's. I have not had any experience with the Ventus Evo 1, but the sidewalls are stiff. The major complaints I heard was the the sidewalls are not stiff enough. Have not been able to drive the car hard yet, but the grip seems pretty good taking some corners aggressively. Ill give a better review after 2-3k miles.

I have the Evo S1 absolutely great tyre I haven't tried the s2 yet but I will be replacing my current tyres with those

We love the V12, and do last a while , however just ordered a few sets of the new Evo2 will update when i get them installed.

So far, the reviews I have seen have been pretty positive. The evo2 sounds like a nice tire for the price. It's still a relatively new option though, so it might take a while for more info to surface.
