100% functional smartphone

Please state the make and type of your smartphone if it supports all features possible with the F30.

I am in need of a new phone and BMW does not list all current models on their website, but i can imagine some new phones integrate with the car.

I do not believe that such a thing exists at this point. AFAIK, the iPhone supports BMW Apps functionality, but falls short on the Office side of things. Conversely, the Blackberry/RIM OS works better on Office but does not support BMW Apps. Also, at this point, I don't believe that Droid OS is supported in BMW Apps.

That is correct.

The way to look at this is- which smartphone platform will BMW most likely support with enhancements in the future. Since BMW is already a partner to Apple and has also committed to launching Siri integration in their vehicles in 2013, it stands to reason that for someone looking for the ultimate in smart phone integration, an iPhone is the right choice.
