CTS Turbo PWG Downpipe install guide/DIY
Hey all,
I recently picked up a CTS Turbo catless DP and created another detailed install guide. Check it out here: http://*************/new-downpipe/ I tried to cover everything as detailed as possible. Stupid things like the lower V-Band gasket/crush washer position that may be common sense for most of you, but since I'm not the sharpest knife if the drawer, not so obvious to me. Let me know what you'll all think, any and all feedback is much appreciated. I'm finally FBO, full CTS Turbo FBO to boot! Intake/DP/CP/FMIC all installed and good to go. See all those DIY's on my site as well. In terms of the DIY, how different is the install for the EWG folks? I know some of the EWG downpipes come with mounting brackets (this PWG DP did not) and I'm pretty sure the V-Band part numbers are probably different, anything else I'm missing. Having the dual flex sections (on the DP and on the midpipe) made aligning the DP super easy, I foresee alignment on the EWG DP's being a bit more difficult. Thanks and hope it helps!!

Going great, still no comment on the smell from the wife, had to hook up the exhaust flap to keep the wife happy regarding the extra noise/drone when the valve was open, all good!!

I have a cold start video but I didn't think it was worth sharing, stock MPE, valve closed, nothing too exciting...
