BL 5, is your car post July 20? For example, you can order a ppk even from bmwusa.com for a 2014 so long as the build was early to mid July. Problem for a bunch of us is that we have builds well past July. Mine was a November 30 build. I don't think there is a ppk for those post July builds yet.

My 335i completed build last week and is being transported to the US. Is the MPPK available for port install? If so, would you happen to know whether it is still ordered using option code Z4A or is there a new code?

Well, BMW is advertising 335 HP rather than 320 HP for the latest MPPK. However, they are staying with the same performance improvement numbers. How much is marketing hype and how much is real? I never really got any sense of numbers from people doing a before and after dynometer. I know Dinan got good numbers that were better than advertised from a MPPK for the previous 335.
My 2013 with MPPK is fabulous but it should have come that way right from the start - rather than having to pay for the kit and mess around with installation and all that busy work. BMW used to have a 335is that was offered as a top 335 model offering - why change? Most likely reason is just to make more money off 335/435 owners. |

Per BMW, 435xi 0-60 takes 4.7....with ppk (0.2 faster) should take 4.5
I've mentioned this before, MT tested 335xi w/ppk and hit 60 in 4.4, exact figure as S4. Not too shabby
