Anyone got BMW Assist with Enhanced Bluetooth?

Sales guy told me it doesn't include the cradle, but CarCostCanada's breakdown of the options says it does....who actually has it?

I have a 2013 328i xdrive classic with BMW assist and extended Bluetooth. I don't know what you mean by cradle, and I have never seen anything like this in my Car.

I think that is part of the Apps Package. A $300 increase in price or you can negotiate it in the car price. Definitely not part of Bth Package.

This makes sense, I don't have apps, and don't have cradle.

You get the backplate that snaps in to the compartment. This is what you install the adapter into. I have the backplate, but don't have an iPhone so haven't purchased the adapter.

I saw the adapter in the merchandise case at the dealership on saturday. But I guess it's not a part of any option package, eh?

If it doesn't make the music interface better , then I can't say I care either.

I guess I won't know till I get the car and try it with the white cable.

I have BMW Assist with Enhanced Bluetooth, no cradle came with the car.. At first I was upset! But later i found that... if you are a full iPhone user, I think the cradle would get in the way.. etc using apps like "Songza" you need full control to start up, and to select a play list..

btw Songza sounds amazing in with the HK system! (it also helps to have a 6G data plan thou!)

Anyone know if that cradle works without the assist package? I have that stupid cable and it constantly disconnects from the iPhone. Would prefer to snap the phone it the cradle. Does it have both plugs (USB and audio jack)?

Are you required to purchased the enhanced bluetooth to connect your smart phone to the car to enable hands free driving? Not sure if this feature is standard or the enhanced bluetooth offers extra features.

I don't think so but hopefully someone else can clarify. I was told dial and answer calls etc is all standard it's the twitter, facebook, playlists functions that are included in enhanced option.
