435i XDrive M-Performance Model-Outside of Canada?

I am currently at my dealer having the break-in service performed on my M3 (finally!) and I stumbled upon this. I was under the impression these XDrive, M Performance models were exclusively for the Canadian market, (http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=989393) though due to the lack of the ///M badges found on the M235i, and this having 19 inch wheels as opposed to the 20 inch I posted about seeing at the dealer in Vancouver, BC a few months ago (the M235i supposedly being the one to bestow the 19 inch wheel option). I assume this is simply a 435i that has been fitted with the complete M-Performance catalogue, less the badges (though someone with more knowledge might know better than I)? At any rate, I thought I would share, as it really does look quite good. Particularly the CF front lip, and although the rear diffuser isn't CF (why?) it doesn't look terribly bad. I also noted in the option list, it reflected a increased speed limiter as part of the options. I apologize for these terrible quality pics as my daughter dropped and shattered my phone (again) and with the 6 coming soon, I will just make do until it's available. The red car is the one I am referring to today, the white, is the ///M performance I spotted at the dealer in Vancouver, and referenced in the linked thread above.

Not worth it IMHO these will run you ~$70K CAD... the M4 starts at $75K CAD.
For such a small delta... I'd go for a real ///M car.

I agree. This particular car they were asking $67,900 or thereabouts. Though, have the XDrive option is nice to have. I would suspect it's only a matter of time before BMW begins offering the M3/4 with awd as well. And being FI allowed for avoidance of the gas guzzler tax as well, so that argument of value is no longer relevant.

Couple more shots (with iPhone) came out relatively decent (for a skill less, poor quality equipment toting, poor vision having, amateur lol
