Is it possible to get M performance parts, specifically the brakes and suspension, installed at the factory or at port?

Yes, ask your CA or SA about getting these installed with the VIA program. You can add parts up until the vehicle is actually being transferred to the dealership from the port.

Ok. What do they do with the parts they are replacing? Do you get to keep them? Do they charge you for the install? I wish you could just order the car with the parts - They should have a M performance package that adds the brakes, suspension and steering wheel.

You don't get the original parts. They keep them. You definitely pay for the install.

So if you have to pay for install and you don't get the original parts, it seems you are better off having the install done at a later date after taking delivery of the car. If you could keep the original parts then you could at least try to recoup some of the costs of the M parts/install.

Others on the boards that have port installed the brakes haven't...

I didn't pay for install on my exhaust.

The suspension would be another story...try to negotiate OP!
