Just my 2 cents, but the new 4-series and M4 verts look "a bit off" ... Almost like the hardtop is too small for its body??? :

So what's the point of the 2nd video? You press a button and the mechanism moves up for more trunk space? How is that possible when you're going to have to put it all back down anyway?

It does not move up to get more space in the boot, it does move up so that you don't have to close the roof to put things in the boot.

I think it looks much better than the E93... not to mention that the construction ins 40% stiffer than the E93s.

No M Sport on that AW 428i. It was a Luxury trim model. Look at the front bumper - no m sport.

I wasn't referring to the roof opening/closing. I meant overall the 4 series vert looks awkward. The e93 looks very slick compared to it. imo of course.

no leak here, despite probably one of the oldest 335 verts around.
looking forward to a 435 this summer.

glad they're gonna let us operate the top up to 11 mph--probably conservative.

Sexy car? But I can't help but wonder how that super complicated roof mechanism will hold up once the car is around 10 years old.

Could be expensive repair jobs.

Someone asked me(in a PM) what color this 428i vert was. I was back at the Welt today and I found out it is: Mineral White.
