The two red F30's in the background are both heavily modded. Both had coil overs, exhaust systems, custom bumpers (1M style) painted roofs, 20" wheels, side skirts, splitters.... lots of stuff.
The picture is more of my car (in foreground) after it was lowered at their shop (LTBMW). |

I just hate the look of overly lowered cars. They look ridiculous and are an embarrassing sight. As for the lack of ride comfort, it must be a hellish experience. I just can't imagine the destroyed and dislocated condition of the internal organs of the driver and suffering passengers. Such unnecessary torture.

I'm sorry but that looks atrocious. Ruined the look of a perfectly good looking car. The rims are ugly and the wheel gap...

Love the all black look. A good friend of mine has done the same with his F30 335i and I absolutely love it! Haters will hate but in all honesty, you have a sick ride there my friend!!! I think the reflectors and whiskers would make your car look even more stealth like...also get it lowered...maybe H&R's for now and your car would be the bomb!!! Thanks for sharing the pic...LOVE IT!!!

BTW, my car has had a few mods done to it.
I'll try and post a pic tomorrow after I pick it up from its OC treatment!

LOL. I'm sorry if I came off like an a-hole. For me, the best looking modified cars are the ones that have aftermarket parts but yet still retain the OEM look. Your car is gorgeous besides the rims. I love the all black look. The polished chrome lip on the rims stick out like a sore thumb and to me looks "ghetto". If you had all black rims like matte black CSLs, I think it would look awesome. That's just me. As for the wheel gap, whenever you raise your wheel size your wheel gap increases as well hence the "monster truck" look. Ask any enthusiast here what's needed when you get 19s & up and they will say you need a drop.
