Any N20 Performance radiators?

The difference between the 328 and 320 engine is the water pump and pistons. My assumption is the these two items allow the 328 to take more abuse then the 320. Performance radiators normally allow for the cars to reduce engine temps by 10% - 20% and was thinking of adding one if my local dealership would allow it, but does anyone make a performance radiator for the 320 or 328? I have gone to Bimmerworld, Turner, ECS, Active Autowerke and searching the interweb with no success, does any know of a performance radiator for the N20 engine currently on the market or will I have to have a custom unit made?

Where high speed use is concerned there tends to be less need for a high capacity radiator, because the increased air flow keeps the temperature down.

I'm in Texas regardless of high speed use with it 100+ outside, any additional cooling is well worth the investment in this environment, especially on a turbo car.

You may try contacting CSF and see if they have looked into the engine yet.

I used to use RedLine WaterWetter (coolant additive) to the coolant mix. Was a proven product..but not sure if it'll work on a BMW and/or turbo car.

If it's just the waterpump, why couldn't you put the 328 pump on if the radiators are the same? Wouldn't that help (a bit, maybe?)

Look at the CSF Performance Radiator.

I have a CSF radiator in the garage waiting to be install one weekend. I also have upgraded oil cooler with an improved performance thermal switch set for 185 degrees sitting next the CSF radiator.

If you wouldn't mind... toss some pics up with a little review on install (new thread). No rush.

Would be huge for us N20 guys, haven't heard of anyone upgrading the cooling system like this.

Do you track the car at all?

I am in the process of getting the car ready to track and need to upgrade the cooling systems first as the car is a 320.
