coding windshield wiper always on?

Is it possible to code the windshield wiper as always on (the automatic on with the rainsensor)?
when you start your engine i have always to set it on my self.
I live in Belgium and we have a lot of rainy days so

my question did anyone already find it ?

Last time I checked there was no such thing

Same goes for the high-beam assist

Maybe someone else figured it out by now?
