Hey, it was a beautiful day in PA today and I was waiting in a parking lot with my super clean f30 so I decided to snap some pictures (not exactly a photoshoot haha). Im trying to get better at taking pictures of my car so any tips are greatly appreciated.

I have a 2013 328i xDrive Alpine white with coral red interior and I just love it. The mods that I currently have are:
- Black M Perf Grilles
- IND AW front reflectors

Mods to come:
- 20% Tints
- Springs for xDrive (still to see any)
- Rims
(need help deciding, I have edited a photo below with black out wheels, so check that out)

What kind of camera are you using? Where in PA are you?

20% tint ? it is barely changed, shoulded go for 33-35%, at least that is what i opted for.

I'm using my phone, galaxy note 2? Is it good or bad? And im from montgomery. You from philly?

Congrats on the new ride! Looks great.

20% will be pretty dark but it will block out the red seats. Yeah I'm from the burbs also - I thought that looked like somewhere in the Montgomeryville area. I think it must have been your car I saw at West German a couple weeks back I guess before you took delivery (still had the plastic on it and all inside and out). Looks good.

How are you liking the Coral Red interior? I sat in it (probably your actual car) and loved it from the front seat forward but when i looked in the back seat - woah that was a lot of red! (and I have chestnut now) I'm thinking tints will be enough to mellow it out back there a bit.

I just put my order in yesterday and am now being indecisive about changing to a 335 in AW or keeping the 328/GS and switching to Coral Red (although it may already be too late).

On the camera front I just assumed you were using a DSLR but they look good for a camera phone. With camera phones (1) NEVER (well almost never) use the flash, (2) shoot low, (3) stay still, (4) dont zoom. There are some good camera apps in the google play store too, Camera FV-5 and Pixlr Express are two good ones.

As far as future mods, I would get rid of the Xdrive badge, get a BMS stage 1 tune and I think the dark wheels look good. I was going to try plasti-dipping my winter rims once I take delivery to see how it looks and if I like it, powder coating them maybe.

Yo man, its nice to see someone with the same taste as cars as my in my area. I actually love every second of the coral red because everyone's like woah thats amazing! and im like yehhhh i know haha. I actually got it at Thompson so at WG it wasn't mine haha.

Tips for you before taking delivery is tell your guy not to put the "WG" badge, its horrible when i see it on BMW's and no plate in the front or else your bumper is screwed! I personally like white cars so I had no issues deciding on AW. GS is great too but I'll recommend thinking about AW with Coral Red. Its just absolutely stunning my man. 328i in SPORT mode is already powerful so I can't imaging 335i so thats your choice if you have the extra $$. After I wrote that post I was thinking about changing to the Coral Red interior.... that basically brought the price up to within a couple dollars of the 335 I had speced out so I decided to switch my order back to the 335. I was considering the AW to save a few bucks on the 335 but I actually kind of like the fact that the GS will be a little bit more subdued since it will be a 335 now.

Yeah the WG badge is easy to get off with a little dental floss.

Do you know where you are getting your tints done? I used a place up in the north east last time and they were just so-so, plus they were a little far. My CA has a different place up in the north east I may consider.

I also already ordered the black grills and think I will be in the market for Sport line gloss black mirror caps and maybe the black chrome exhaust tips.
