20K miles plus on mine and not a single issue. This is fourth BMW and I've had nothing earth shattering. I also have newer Lexus and Toyota brand vehicles which people consider bullet proof and would venture to say the BMW quality and reliability equals or betters them. The Toyota's of the past were much more standout relative to the market and before cost cutting. None of the newer one's I have can touch reliability of the Land Cruiser which we still miss and I get still sh-t from the wife for trading it in at 12 years old and 175K miles! Never kept any car that long other than garage queens.
