F32 on BMS

Planning put BMS stage 1 onto my 428xi, but the Drivetrain Malfunction issue is really let me feel unsure about if I should go with BMS or wait till the issue solved by BMS.

Anyone here put BMS onto f32 already? Any feedback!

Really wanna enjoy the extra power, but not sure if my dealer is mod friendly or not……

Huh? The tune does not trigger a check engine light unless something is wrong with the tune and/or your vehicle.

No Need to worry.
As long as the installation is done correctly, and there is nothing wrong with your car you should have no problems with the Jb4.

i think what people are forgetting to do is keep the box waterproof.

I met someone on this forum and he had so many drive train malfunction issues with his JB4 and when i took at look at his JB unit it was all rusted/corroded from water around the pins of the harness to JB unit.

He bought a new unit and wrapped it in duct tape (which is what i id from day1) and hasnt had any issues since.

I also put a fuse from the positive post to my JB just in case.

Thanks for the waterproof advice ! I will do the same thing when I plug in my JB !
And how do you feel about Jb when in comfort mode vs oem ? Coz most time I will stay in comfort mode then sport for better mpg.
