Thanks for the reply. I spoke to the installer from Bristol and i was told to get the products from you guys and they will install it for me. I have a BMW F30 2012 model with 606 Business nav champ2 head unit, it also has front & rear PDC. I want to install a reversing camera with moving lines (when parking) as well as mirroring my iPhone onto idrive screen. http://www.bimmer-tech.net/shop/bmw-...tech-smartview is this the right one to go for and add multimedia interface + rear view camera options on the drop down list? do i need anything else?

Can anyone comment on approximately how much the installation cost? I am very interested in the MMI with the rear backup camera and the mirroring module and am on the fence to whether DIY or not. Thanks!

It wasn't hard at all to do the install. If you're fairly mechanically inclined, you could do the install yourself.
