Yeah I saw that. I want to hear a longer video and a full take off video. The dinan is only 35 seconds long. Thanks guys.

I'm debating if I should sell my MPE and slap this on...but then I keep on remmebering that the MPE is built into my loan, so it would annoy me every month, that I pay $760, that I'm still paying for my MPE...lol.

Got my MPE delivered today.....want it installed like NOW.

My mechanic guy can't do it for over a week.

Would anyone trust a muffler shop to do it???

Yeah, that's true. Dinan will have to drop it close to MPE levels though to get people to buy in....$1200 on sale right now seem still a bit steep.

Well if it makes you guys feel any better, an e9x M3 exhaust is $2200 MSRP.

Agreed but they're gambling their reputation and warranty will justify the cost.... I'm thinking the muffler looks like it could've used some time under a polishing wheel and should've be quad for the price ...

Exactly, the MPE at least offers same/better warranty and is basically a noise maker like the other axle backs too....

How are there only one 35 second video of the dinan exhaust on YouTube? I m about to drop 1,500 and can't even hear it well. I even called dinan and got Zero response. Such a shame.

I know...

I have the exhaust sitting in my garage, just waiting for this weather to turn so I can get my car out of storage. 1-2 weeks I'll have some good sound clips.

The sale will be over then so I have to make the decision now. I think im just going to take the chance and order it.

The dealer will install it and it will keep my warranty. Hopefully it sounds as good as the YouTube clips.

The MPE sounds so weak so I don't want to go that direction and the Meister and Akra are too much for sound alone.

Its pretty standard for Dinan to be long on claims & short on performance. Would never ever pay their prices.

my quick initial impressions are that it sound MUCH better than stock especially in SPORT. The other is it's deff quieter than my BMW PE on my e92 which I don't like, maybe it's new and needs to break in a little??

Definitely going to need some drive-by videos to really see what that sounds like under acceleration. It would also be useful to know what it sounds like in cabin with the windows up & sunroof closed. Just so that people have an accurate expectation.
