I ordered an 06 330i E90 about three months into the US availability. I paid about $750 over invoice.
I ordered an 09 335i LCI about two months into the US availability. I paid about $750 over invoice. Different dealers. In both cases had to drive about 50 miles one way. Local dealer couldn't match it. In both cases, I recieved $500 back from the BMWCCA within three weeks of submitting the paper work. I see no reason why the F30 can't be haggled with in the same manner especially if you order one. I'll let you know in the spring. Gonna give it a try. It's not an M5 fer gawdsakes.

^ Could not agree more. I specially ordered my E90 LCI and got it for 7% off MSRP. It doesn't make as much of a difference as people think whether you buy a car off a lot or order. However, I do think you lose a significant amount of negotiating leverage if you order the car before it's publicly on sale.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is that about the BMWCCA that they can do to help you save a few buck in your purchase of a your new car?
I too would be interested in shaving a few hundreds from the price? Could anyone please expand on this? What do i have to do in order to qualify for this "Mail-in" rebate from my F30 ED buy? Thanks in advance guys/gals! |

If you are a member in good standing of the BMWCCA for 365 days prior to your purchase, they will send you a $500 rebate on a 3. I think it's a grand on a 5. It's $40 per year. No brainer. The magazine alone is worth that. Thing is, if you join today, no rebate for you unless you plan to take delivery a year from now in December 2012
