It's likely a wordpress placeholder. if you scroll to the right, there are a lot more with the french words. Probably because they don't have any reviews.

Tis looks just like the old lip spoilers from the E46's.

Good find! I'll wait until the Taiwan perfect clone for 100 bucks painted comes out. Had one on my e90 and it was perfect.
