Does anyone know how much it would be to buy the M steering wheel and have it installed for 2016 428i gc. Thanks

I bought a new one with a US airbag from an ebay seller for $1200.
You can get a used steering for much less, but difficult to find a cheap airbag.

How much is the labor to install the m sport steering wheel?
