F30 2015 5AR (TJA)Traffic Jam Assistance Retrofit

Looking to retrofit Steering and lane control assistant & Traffic Jam Assistance to my 2015 F30. Current have ACC 5DF 5DL but no KAFAS Cam (I guess that's 5AT+ ?).
Any help and info will be appreciated.

What is "traffic jam assist"? I though BMW only offered Active CC with S&G on the F series...

Well, easiest would be to google it because it has many different features but basically it's a bad version of Tesla's autopilot but only on highways and below 40km/h.

I don't believe this is possible on F3X. The F3X cannot keep itself in a lane, it can only warn the driver when the car is drifting out of the lane. My mk7 GTI had lane keeping assist and I really miss it.

I haven't seen this option on the F30 only 5 series and above.

However, our cars do have most of the pre requisites. So a retrofit may be an option. I'm guessing the next gen 3 series may have traffic jam assist as an option.

I think the tja have past it's prime time, it's all about the autonomous driving now. Wouldn't surprise me if the new 3 series got the same "self driving" hardware as the new 5 series.

I too believe it's possible. I believe all the pre reuisities are there. This should work adding the kafas and cam.

I don't see why this can't be done on a F30. or I'm totally wrong here?
