Not sure south of the boarder, for your 328i without xenon, do you have a projector head light assembly or halogen? I just spend $35 on a H7R hid kit, the R type should reduce glare on halogen headlights. Will see how they will work when they came here. But it's much cheaper than the few hundred you guys talking about here.

Not sure, doesn't specify f30 ...the 2012 mentioned is the e92

Almost surely not. those are replacement parts for cars that already have the xenon headlights. if you don't want to upgrade the whole housing, an aftermarket kit is your best option. brandon @ eas is selling/lease transferring his base 328i to get an m sport. he put an aftermarket kit on that car. search for his thread or him and send him a PM, I'm sure he'd very gladly help you out. he's a great guy as well as all the others at EAS. (not affiliated with them at all)

Im kicking myself for ordering Xenons with my build so are you guys changing the whole light assembly or what? and how much will this cost?

you have to get whole new headlights and ballasts, and probably recoding.

I called the Ft.L bmw parts dept. yesterday. Spoke with one of the higher ups, they did a search for me but said that the "kit" is not out yet. Basically the headlights are available but not all the pieces to convert from halogen i.e modules and other components directly related to the xenons that we would need for the conversion.
