Washed and detailed her this morning then took her to German Car Day at Larz Anderson Museum in Boston. Was the only F30 on the lawn

Lots of E30, E36, E46 and E9x there but the F30's were not represent'n.

Nope, used engine primer (2 coats), M106 red metal paint (2 coats) and VHT caliper clear coat (3 coats).

Wanted to put stickers, but I would only be able to put one in the front, so I think it would look unbalanced.
Plus, I like naked !

Next, I'll try to find 2 rear calipers from an M Sport brake or M Performance brake, and color match.

Going to run the Lightning track at New Jersey Motorsports Park on Friday, so I did a dry run with the laptimer app and iPhone mount. This perspective is with the Ram Mount suction cupped to the iDrive screen.

Is this a free lap timer app? What's the name of it?

I added the M performance exhaust and the scorcher tune. Too bad traffic wouldn't allow me to really open her up on the way back home. I really hate the traffic in LA.

Where'd you get it installed?

**********s in La Habra. They really hooked me up and even price matched the scorcher from a sale at a competitor's site. I definitely recommend them.

Hadn't detailed it since last fall, so I finally got around to it today. Skipped the clay bar due to laziness and the hot weather and ended up just washing it and applying sealant (Sonax Net Shield).

Installed an M-Performance shift knob/boot, when I picked it up 3 weeks ago - love it.

Last week, ordered M-Perf black grills and stainless pedals - still waiting.

Over the weekend, I wrapped a few interior pieces with 3M Di-Noc Carbon Fiber (matte black) vinyl - basiclaly all the 'silvery' parts, including dash, middle piece (where Nav dial is) and door pulls. I like the M-perf dash kit, but didin't want to drop a grand on it. For a simple afternoon job, I'm pretty happy with the results. And if I don't like it, I can peel it off no worries.
