So if I stop by your shop you can work up a tune for stage one/ghost/BimmerTech that you can then share with the guys on the forum? Please PM me when and where to meet you and I'll be there. Thanks.

Yes, the sub has s built in amp. I just used the outputs on the amp to the rca inputs on the sub. I am very pleased, this thing sounds good and the bang for the buck factor is very high. You are not going to get this quality and volume of bass out of the under seat enclosure woofers.

e93 HIFI; but i have changed my front 4'' and tweeters along with under seat subs to BMW INDIVIDUAL. The yellow cone speakers on the DIRAC M3 upgrade

I needed more bass... replacing the under seat 8's with something else isn't going to fit my needs so I added an Rockford Fosgate PBX500x1 and Punch P1S2 10" 2ohm sub in a 1cf sealed enclosure. Revised my Tune for channel H and i'm pleased.

Used velcro to keep the setup in place. it's working well so far. Still breaking in the Punch 10

fhlh I just added the separate sub and amp along with my bimmertech PP82. Does your tune file include your tune adjustments to channel H? Did you completely cut out the underseat sub channels, or just raise the frequency filter on those? Thanks

I set crossover for the underseat 8's to run 60 to 180 with a butterworth at 12db roll-off both high and low cuts.

The sub is running 55 and below. The butterworth is rolling off at 12db.

I think it blends well after allot of fiddling with the EQ on all 3 channels.

I apologize to any of you who have been waiting for a BimmerTech/Stage One/Ghost tune from 2013 328i sedan and the NJ installer. For a variety of reasons including his schedule, my schedule and bad winter weather we have been unable to connect. I was hoping for an appointment today but that didn't happen. I don't see my schedule being conducive to providing my car for the tune in the foreseeable future and am discontinuing my effort to make it happen. Hopefully someone in Florida can make their car available to Nelson. Sorry.

Hi,

I've a factory installed HK hifi system in my F48, but the Logic7 EQ is not enabled.
Looked into the CAFD files and looks to be following related settings.
Whoever has this EQ enabled, can please let me know the parameters for following

:

1. CAFD_00000DED_003_015_007.ncd -> 3002 AUDIO_TUNER_TRAFFIC, 96

Logic7_Symbol
Audio_System_VAR
Audio System
Amplifier Variant
Multichannel
Audio Signal Routing

2. CAFD_00000DBD_001_007_000.ncd -> 3000 EQSetting

Hello,

I ordered a bimmertech amp and a PnP harness to go from stereo to Hifi config. I allready have the BAV stage one speakers and original tweeter housings and oem hifi subs.
I also need the hifi coding done. I found a local firm that can do that for me. But does it matter when I do the coding? Before or after my upgrade?
Can I do the coding allready and continue to use my stereo setup for some time?
