Help with lease calculation on 2016 340i Manual
I am about to place my order for a 2016 340i RWD manual. My 2013 328i lease is about to end and I couldn't be happier, but upgrading to the 6 cylinder and extra HP of the 340i.
My build looks like this: Silver Coral Red Cold Weather M-Sport Manual MSRP $52,195 Discounts Fleet $1500 Options credit $1000 UDE $1000 BMW loyalty $1000 Plus $500 rebate for BMW CCA Base MF of .00132 minus fleet rate reduction of .0002 Zero down on a 15k lease for 36 months with 9% tax in PA. What will my monthly payment be? Start up costs? Thanks |

I have no idea what the residual is on a 15k lease... assuming 61% I have you @577.72 w/ tax. That's with you paying the fees and 1st month out of pocket.

MF not being discounted?
I think the dealership is offering me the base MF of 0.00132. The fleet discount should lower the MF by 0.0002.
If my calculations are correct the monthly should be $542.36 Maybe I can add the Track Handling Package and 19" wheels after all |

Your question is lacking some crucial information: sale price and dealer fees. If I read this correctly you're paying the dealer msrp. For example, if I plug the following into The Spreadsheet (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...php?t=830104): $48,745 (invoice) PLUS $1,000 (dealer profit including dealer fees) MINUS $5,000 (discounts) = $44,745. Combine that with 9% tax rate, 61% residual and .0013 money factor and the monthly comes to $502 with $2,000 due at signing ($925 acquisition fee, first month and security deposit). I would also put down max MSD's for an effective MF of .00081, a monthly of $461 and $5,400 due at signing (you will get $4,000 back when the lease ends). |

$500 over invoice
Thanks Buzzo.
I'll plug my numbers into the spreadsheet. I'm being offered $500 over invoice, $49,145 Acquisition fee is $925 P.S. My 2013 is EB II. It's such a great color, but needed to change it up. |

Also, I am aware of the options and loyalty credits, is the UDE an "Ultimate Driving Event" credit? If so, did you really have to attend or can they give you that regardless? Maybe I'll check out your dealer (Otto's?) if i cant get my guy to come down.

Not sure if you can afford to do it, but I would pay taxes out of pocket. I did it on my car and after negotiations got it for $600/mo on a MSRP of $58,500.
Congrats on the build! I ordered mine on 2/1 and it's almost here! |

Fleet is an employer discount program. I believe you need to provide a code for this if your employer participates.
